Free cancellation: up to 24 hours before the service.
- Cancellation 12–24 hours in advance: 50% of the service value will be charged.
- Cancellation with less than 12 hours’ notice, or no-show: 100% of the service value will be charged.
- Large vehicles (14-seat Van / 42-seat Bus): due to the logistical coordination required, free cancellation applies up to 48 hours before the service.
- Schedule changes: can be rescheduled at no cost up to 6 hours before the service, subject to availability.
Exception: in the event of a flight delay or cancellation, no charges apply — we adjust your transfer at no additional cost.
